Farm shop offering chicken, turkey, and beef products, working exclusively with 150 Limousin cattle.
In addition to beef and veal, pork and chicken products are also sold. Eggs are still available as well. Over the years, the range of products they make themselves from beef and veal has continued to grow. The display cabinet is filled with a wide variety of products.
The “Neagelholt” deserves special mention. It is made from the topside and rump cuts. Depending on the weight of the animal, these pieces of meat weigh between 2 and 3 kg. After several weeks in salt and two weeks of drying, it is ready. It is a highly sought-after product.
They also sell regional products such as jam and honey.
In addition to regular customers from the local area and surrounding regions, tourists also visit the shop. These include people staying at campsites in the area or visitors passing by along the cycling routes.
