A family business

Family business since 1810 and a household name in Losser and the surrounding area, that is Grand Café Smit. A spacious terrace with playing facilities for children. In the heart of this beautiful building is now the ice cream parlor "De Koale Kant". Here you can enjoy a delicious scoop ice cream. All the ice cream is homemade. Every week a different assortment of flavors. The ice cream parlor is open daily from April to September.

Arrangements and buffets

As befits a village venue, Smit has a rich club life and is an ideal location for a party or celebration. Anything is possible by arrangement, with or without certain arrangements and/or buffets. At the back of the garden, The Cottage offers the opportunity to celebrate a party in a not too large company (30 to 45 persons). The Cottage operates on a self-service basis.

In the conservatory at the back you can enjoy lunch, a la carte or just relax.

In short: audiences from young to old feel at home at Grand Café Smit. They also have 4 charging points, right by the bicycle shed, for electric bicycles/scooters.
