A beautiful place for a relaxing holiday at the mini campsite or in a comfortable holiday cottage in the converted cowshed. De Veldzijde is situated in the peaceful countryside near the village of Losser and is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity, cyclists, nature lovers, hikers, and culture enthusiasts alike!
Holiday Cottages
Three spacious holiday cottages have been created in the converted cowshed, each tastefully and atmospherically furnished. They are also very accessible and suitable for guests with limited mobility. In 2024, the cottages were completely renovated, with fantastic results! Everything is new: the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, curtains and net curtains, and almost all of the furniture. The cottages are called De Klaproos, De Margriet and De Korenbloem.
Camping Pitches
The campsite offers 20 very spacious pitches on a beautifully maintained grass field. The areas for awnings and tents are covered with gravel and have excellent drainage, keeping everything clean, dry and warmer, especially in the evenings. The caravans and motorhomes are placed on a concrete surface that is virtually level. The great advantage of the gravel and concrete pitches is that they always remain clean and fresh, without yellow or rotting grass!
The campsite is surrounded by a hedgerow, fruit trees and meadows where livestock graze. Tucked away in nature, about 100 metres behind the campsite, you will find a small frog pond, while the Bethlehem Brook flows nearby.
