Historic yard and estate
The bed and breakfast and vacation home are in a historic farmyard. The yard already existed in the Middle Ages. As the name suggests, the B&B and vacation home are located on the Dinkel River. A beautiful estate to stay on. Anno 2022 it has become a full estate. Erve Dingeman is located on a dead-end side road off the Glanestraat in Overdinkel near the church village of Glane.
About this nature cottage
The bed & breakfast room has its own entrance. You come through the spacious terrace with an unobstructed view of the Dinkel valley into the living room. In the living room you can lounge and there is a nice dining table. Your breakfast is served in the room and you can make your own tea and coffee. You reach the bedroom by going up the stairs. It is divided into a sleeping area and a sitting/relaxation area (you can also put one or two cribs here). Attached to the bedroom is a spacious private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink with all necessities.
Holiday home
Space, peace and nature can be found in the vacation home Buiten aan de Dinkel located on the Erve Dingeman estate in Overdinkel. The spacious vacation home has 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has 2 beds of 1.90 by 2.00. This room also has its own sink. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a double bed of 1.40 by 2.00. Each bed has two single comforters and are made up on arrival. There is a towel set for each guest. On the first floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. The living room has sliding doors to the spacious covered terrace.
From the terrace you overlook the Dinkel and the Dinkel valley. In the garden of the vacation home you will find a sitting pit with a fire bowl. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room. Sufficient kitchen linen is provided and the coffee is made by a coffee maker (filters available). For an impression of the new vacation home view the photos below.
Nature and environment
The accommodations are located directly on various walking and cycling routes. Restaurants, terraces and stores can be found in Overdinkel (2 km), Gronau, Germany (3 km) and Losser (4 km). Landgoed Erve Dingeman is surrounded by various nature reserves where you can enjoy walking and cycling. From the railway station in Gronau you can go to the historic city of Münster or to the lively student city of Enschede. There are especially many trips to make in the area. In the accommodations there is a thick information folder of the Tourist Info containing all the treasures of the municipality of Losser, Twente and Germany. Of course, you can also just sit on the terrace and in the garden to enjoy the peace and quiet. The only traffic you see and hear are a few deer, hares, pheasants and sometimes a kingfisher.
Outside on the Dinkel is right on the renewed Laga path and several routes pass by.
