A beautiful afternoon walk through Lutterzand nature reserve with 5 delicious dishes served at special places and in nature.

Served:
Reception with appetizer Surf & Turf Beef carpaccio & house marinated salmon (incl. glass of bubbles).

During the walk, a lightly bound celeriac soup, touch of truffle and chestnut mushrooms will be served 'in the middle of nature'.

Intermediate course at an old and authentic outdoor location:
Small hamburger of Twente foie gras with apple/onion chutney (mulled wine / water included)

Main course at Pavilion Lutterzand:
Farm duck with hot lightning and mulled wine gravy

Dessert: "Sunny side up"

Make your reservation in time, because there are a limited number of places available per walk.

Make sure you are somewhat prepared for a walk through nature. In case of particularly bad weather conditions, the organization will decide whether or not the walk will continue. Of course, safety as hiker and guest is always paramount. If the hike is cancelled, you will be consulted for an alternative date.
